- Bachelor's Degree required in a technical field: advanced degree in a technical field preferred
- Business acumen coupled with functional leadership experience is required to drive high performance in a complex manufacturing operation

The Operations Manager has oversight of a GMP production suite designed to produce antibody bulk drug intermediates. This is a multi-product production area with a diverse portfolio of primarily early phase clinical production campaigns. The Manager will lead a team comprised of supervisors and manufacturing technicians with a 7-day shift coverage model. The team's scope includes seed train expansion, production bioreactors, harvest and capture chromatography. Oversight of facility fit, and new product introduction activities is critical to group success. Experience with mammalian cell-culture, single-use process equipment, and chromatography is preferred.
