Our financial planning department is looking for a new teammate! We need a Budget Analyst to be responsible for quality control and the maintenance of contracts, financial reports, and records. Other tasks for this role include managing the financial operations, serving as the primary contact for the budget, and managing the annual budgetary processes for the department. Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing information while maintaining strict confidentiality are key parts of this role. The budget analyst will also assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures, staff training and cross-training related to the processing of all financial records. Job Responsibilities: Develops and maintains departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistent, standardized operations aligned with organizational requirements (e.g., cost center maintenance and annual budget processes). Performs other duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the department and the institution. Maintain regular and reliable attendance in accordance with organizational expectations. Minimum Education and/or Training : High school diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field of study required.
