Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
7-10+ years of progressive experience in learning, organizational, leadership/physician leadership development, preferably within healthcare.
Knowledge of and/or experience with High Reliability Organization principles a plus
Demonstrated experience consulting with senior/physician leaders and delivering performance-based solutions
Strong facilitation skills with experience engaging diverse audiences, including clinical and non-clinical leaders
Proven expertise in change management methodologies and OD frameworks
Strongly Preferred Education/Experience:
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, IO Psychology, or related discipline
Healthcare system, academic medical center, or payer experience
Professional Certifications in Human Resources, Change Management and/or Coaching desired
Experience supporting mergers, integrations, or large-scale transformations

You will partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and clinical teams across the enterprise to design and deliver innovative learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness solutions.

Strategic Consulting & Organizational Development
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HRBPs, and operational stakeholders

Lead initiatives such as culture transformation, leadership capability building, and team effectiveness
Use data insights (engagement surveys, performance metrics, focus groups) to diagnose and solve organizational challenges
Learning & Leadership Development
