About the role
Reporting to the Professor of the Precision Cancer Therapy Research Laboratory, the Cancer Biobank Coordinator will coordinate biobanking activities and provide technical expertise across the research group's operations. You are detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Selection Criteria: Qualification in Science or a Health Care-related discipline (Bachelor, Masters, or PhD), Demonstrated ability to work both with autonomy and as part of multidisciplinary research and clinical team, Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, Effective time management and organisational capability, Excellent attention to detail, Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques such as flow cytometry (desirable), Experience with laboratory techniques relevant to biospecimen processing and storage (desirable), and Previous experience working in research teams or the ability to search medical records (desirable) . **Appointment to this role is conditional upon the successful completion of a National/ International Police Check and Category A Immunisation requirements.
