We're looking for an IP Admin Analyst to join our IP Service Operations team in Belgrade! About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience Proficient level of English language Proficient level of French language Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) It would be great if you also have . . . Experience with administrative tasks Previous exposure to Trademark‑related work or processes What will you be doing in this role? Manage the IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non-statutory deadlines, reviewing trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity. Prioritize docketing/de-docketing requests, facilitating timely filing of applications and responses, and coordinating with stakeholders. Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, tracking foreign filing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support administrative tasks related to trademark prosecution while staying updated on PTO guidelines and procedures. Help manage the client's intellectual property portfolio, including filing, maintaining, and renewing trademarks.
