About the role

The Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Campus Recruitment, in collaboration with and in support of the firm's strategic initiatives, is responsible for supporting the firm's efforts to recruit and onboard summer and entry-level associates. Under the supervision of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Coordinator will schedule interviews and maintain candidate records through our application tracking system to ensure a seamless hiring process. The Coordinator works closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to identify top legal talent, ensuring compliance with all hiring policies. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential to succeed in this role. Prior experience in a legal law firm recruiting is preferred. Location This position can sit in any of our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or San Diego office locations and offers a hybrid work schedule for employees within commutable distance.

Responsibilities

  • Is an essential member of a national campus recruiting team, supporting the growth of the firm's summer program.
  • Assists and coordinates all activities related to the full life cycle of a candidate, including creating job requisitions and postings, maintaining candidate files in the applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, compiling candidate feedback, and preparing standard offer letters.
  • Maintains and provides information and reports regarding recruitment.
  • Coordinates and supports all aspects of the national summer program.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with target law schools.
  • Plans and executes on-campus events.
  • Supports the recruiting brand by creating an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Availability for overtime and flexibility for travel are expected.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum Years of Experience
  • 3 years of campus recruiting or similar environment.
  • Preferred Q ualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Prior experience working at a large law firm's recruiting department.
