Responsibilities

- Bachelor's Degree, or College Diploma / High School Diploma
- Minimum 5-7 years' relevant work experience managing small to large teams in a Distribution Centre setting
- Experience in Supply Chain Operations required
- Proven team management and leadership experience
- Proficiency in advanced use of all MS tools, inclusive of EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Manhattan warehouse management systems an asset
- Proficiency in oral / written English. French is an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross functional organization, multi-task, problem solve and meet deadlines is critical
- Periodic availability for off-cycle meetings as necessary
