Responsibilities

  • Delivering Solutions:

  • Lead and drive the fundamentals and operations in service of fostering trust, inclusivity, Nike's values, champion and recognize achievements
  • Model and support a positive Nike employee culture, experience and environment

  • Bachelor's Degree, or College Diploma / High School Diploma
  • Minimum 5-7 years' relevant work experience managing small to large teams in a Distribution Centre setting
  • Experience in Supply Chain Operations required
  • Proven team management and leadership experience
  • Proficiency in advanced use of all MS tools, inclusive of EXCEL and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Manhattan warehouse management systems an asset
  • Proficiency in oral / written English. French is an asset but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross functional organization, multi-task, problem solve and meet deadlines is critical
  • Periodic availability for off-cycle meetings as necessary
