Structuring and implementation of acquisition strategies for real asset investments, with a focus on renewables and real estate projects (residential and commercial)
Independent management and coordination of complex structuring and restructuring projects within asset holding structures, including planning, execution, and documentation
Project management across interdisciplinary teams, working closely with investment management, finance, legal, tax and external advisers
Preparation, coordination and implementation of restructuring measures driven by regulatory changes, investor requirements or changes in asset strategy
Support in the development and implementation of fund structures and individual mandates for institutional investors, taking into account commercial, operational and regulatory requirements
Structuring-related process management, including timeline control, coordination of deliverables and quality assurance
Preparation of decision documents, presentations and analyses for internal committees and senior management
Your Qualifications and Experience
University degree in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
Solid understanding of corporate finance, investment structures, and project economics; tax or legal knowledge is an advantage but not a prerequisite
Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
Three to five years of relevant professional experience in asset management, fund management, project finance, consulting, banking or a comparable environment
Proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and to drive topics independently
Highly structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership
High level of commitment, resilience and willingness to take responsibility
Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset
Confident communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in German and English
