Job Summary
PetPlace is seeking a Growth Product Manager with deep experience building and optimizing consumer-facing digital products. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end journeys that help new pet parents discover, understand, and engage with PetPlace. You will work directly with consumers through research, testing, and rapid experimentation to uncover insights and translate them into high‑impact product improvements. Your work will shape the experiences that drive activation, engagement, and long‑term loyalty, positioning PetPlace as the go‑to destination for new pet parents seeking support, resources, and education.
Main Responsibilities
Own and optimize consumer-facing journeys across PetPlace.com and our pet adoption flow, ensuring clarity, value, and seamless engagement.
Act as the voice of the customer, developing a deep understanding of user personas, motivations, pain points, and behaviors.
Conduct direct consumer research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to uncover insights that drive product decisions.
Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and rapid experiments to validate hypotheses and improve conversion, activation, and retention.
Leverage data to identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and make compelling, insight‑driven recommendations.
Monitor and report on consumer product KPIs, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to concept, scope, and deliver consumer‑centric features that drive measurable growth.
