The Director of SIOP is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end value stream from suppliers to customers by improving cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness across the organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, supply planning, and customer fulfillment to ensure an integrated, high performing value chain aligned with business goals. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and execute the value chain strategy to support business growth, profitability, and customer experience. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve total landed cost, working capital efficiency, and value stream visibility. Identify opportunities for vertical integration, outsourcing, automation, and technology investments. Operational excellence Drive continuous improvement across the value chain using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies. Ensure value stream mapping is regularly updated and used for decision-making. Establish and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance, cost savings, and throughput.
