Responsibilities
- You will handle any customer questions or concerns regarding order status and other related issues.
- You will maintain customer files both physical and electronic.
- You will accept and process orders directly from the customer.
- You will coordinate with production and ensure orders are scheduled and all deliveries are on time.

- We expect you to have a High School diploma or GED
- You will have well-polished written communications and verbal skills
- Two years' experience preferred within an office setting and multi-line phone system
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) verbal and written skills are preferred
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Work, Outlook, etc.)
