Collaborate with software engineers to drive data and product development, contributing subject matter expertise to enhance analytical tools.
Deliver forward-looking forecasts and analysis tailored to a diverse, sophisticated client base.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Mineral & Energy Economics, Energy Management, or a related STEM field.
3-5 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
Demonstrated ability to write insightful, timely research - you can translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives under deadline.
Strong proficiency in SQL and GIS software, with working knowledge of Python for data interrogation and analysis.
Experience contributing to research reports, technical publications, or client-facing analytical products.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Experience with oil and gas market fundamentals, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and production patterns.
Comfort incorporating AI tools into research workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
