Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Create quarterly revenue goals and strategic objectives to ensure that individual sales representatives and sales support resources maximize their overall efforts
Create clear KPI to follow-up weekly sales efficiency and the pipelines. Define and implement clear action plans according to the results.
Identify new market opportunities, particularly with in Rewards and Recognition (R&R) Platforms and Multi Benefit offerings.
Lead consultative/solution-based selling approaches to understand client needs.
Design and present customize, value-driven solutions tailored to each client
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales team
Set clear KPs, monitor performance, and drive accountability
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and results orientation
Recruit and retain top sales talent
Own revenue targets, forecasting and reporting
Optimize sales processes, tools and methodologies
Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and deal size.
Define the trainings needed based on the employee's development plan
Work closely with marketing, product and merchant's teams
Provide market feedback to refine product offerings, especially in the R&R Platform and multi benefit space.

12+ years of sales experience, with at least 5-6 years in leadership role
With B2B experience in contact with Senior Leaders in clients or prospects companies
Proven track record in solution selling / consultative sales
Demonstrated experience in Rewards and Recognition (R&R) platform, Multi-benefit or similar SaaS / HR Tech solutions
Strong experience in designing customized client solutions.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
A real leader with the ability to energize the teams and change the habits
Ability to manage different sales channel according to the size of customers: Telesales, Small/Medium/Large Accounts
Results-driven with strong execution focus.
Leadership presence and ability to inspire teams
Preferred Experience: Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or employment engagement platforms
Exposure to enterprise and B2B sales environments
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.

The Country Sales Director shall be responsible in the overall functional management and leadership of the sales activities of Pluxee business in the Philippines. He/She shall be able to drive the overall sales strategy and go-to-market plan including revenue targets, quarterly goals and strategic objectives, overall budget and resource allocation.
As a management committee member of Pluxee Philippines, he/she shall actively form the business using his industry expertise and leadership, deep network of relationships, and enthusiasm for selling innovative solutions to corporations across the country.
