Maintain and enhance BI self-service data analytics platform. Translate business data, system, and software requirements to the Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehouse (DW), and IT Infrastructure teams respectively. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate successful deployment. Develop and enforce data governance SOPs to ensure internal and external data meet high quality and timeliness standards. Collaborate with IT and departments /data scientists on various projects to ensure business goals are met and effective deployment of project outputs to users. Data Reports Develop consolidated reports to support and inform management level decision-making. Perform in-depth requirements analysis and deliver insights and solutions on an ongoing and project basis. Develop templates to increase efficiency of processes or workflows for various departments. Analyze impact of pursuits on business in collaboration with internal departments. Develop quantitative measures of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across teams to monitor and analyze progress during implementation. Improvement Projects and Action Plans Plan, track, and drive follow-up on action items and improvement initiatives. Manage task budgets and champion business process reengineering initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity. Internal Audit and Analysis Conduct periodic internal audits to diagnose organizational issues. Analyze business data and work with stakeholders to bridge performance gaps.
