The Global Master Data Specialist position reports directly to the Global Master Data Lead and Global Accounts Payable Operations and Master Data Manager at JBT SSC. The position provides direct support to European and North American entities within JBT group. Consistent focus on data accuracy, time management and efficiency, detailed oriented as well as constructive collaboration with other departments, internal customers, and any other stakeholder. Timely delivery is key for full compliance with our Global Service Level Agreement. All activities under scope need to be executed under the strongest Internal Controls framework. The Master Data Specialist has as key responsabilities : Work with Global Master Data base maintenance processes (customers, suppliers, employees, and others) with a deep focus on automation, timely service delivery, data integrity and global consistency. Corporate Credit Card program - Administration and support for employees globally (credit limits, new/terminated employees ...). Lead Travel & Entertainment program globally (CONCUR): configuration maintenance, enhancements and process improvements, administration and support, statutory rules maintenance. Ensure compliance with Statutory Tax rules globally (1099, 1042, VAT and others) Active participation in initiatives/projects relating the implementation of ways to minimize manual processes for improving efficiencies and effectiveness Dynamic training materials maintenance globally Consistent collaboration with external & internal auditors and internal customers/stakeholders. Participate in ad-hoc projects globally as required (ex. new entities migrations, ERPs implementation...). Guaranteeing all transactions under scope are performed under a strong internal controls' framework. SOX/SOD knowledge required for full compliance in all processes under scope. Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance; will consider years of experience in replacement of degree and 2-3 years' experience in Master Data processes management in multinational company.
