Estimator - Division 7 ( STACK)

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architect-provided plans - including measurements, material counts, and site elements
• Review project specifications and identify missing information before bid submission
• Manage the full bid solicitation and submission process - from coordinating supplier pricing to preparing complete, accurate bids
• Contact subcontractors and vendors to collect quotes and manage pricing coordination
• Support post-award workflows including submittals packages, RFIs, and ongoing coordination with subs and suppliers
• Conduct remote inspections via video call to assess project details when needed
• Support the full estimating lifecycle from initial takeoff through project closeout

Requirements

• 1+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, specifically Division 7 (Roofing/Waterproofing) or closely related trades
• Familiarity with the estimating software Stack, or similar.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications with a high degree of accuracy
• End-to-end bid process experience - from takeoff and supplier pricing coordination through formal submission, plus familiarity with post-award workflows
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior experience working remotely for a U.S.-based contractor is strongly preferred
