As a (Senior) Product Manager, you will contribute to our product team with a knowledge of business constraints, an understanding of our users, and awareness of product trends. Squarespace Domains helps our customers establish a credible and professional online presence with a memorable web address. Our product team builds and scales Domains platform and products, targeting entrepreneurs and domain professionals, and working closely with design, marketing, support and engineering teams to support our growth. We embrace a data-focused approach to ensure each initiative on our product roadmap delivers a meaningful impact on our business and users. As a Product Manager for this team, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap and execution for multiple domains-related projects. Your product expertise will enable you to identify opportunities for innovation, develop competitive strategies, and deliver impactful products that meet the unique needs of our customers. This is a high-growth role where you will partner closely with a Growth PM to refine your craft, gaining mentorship in product strategy while owning the execution of key roadmap initiatives This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in our Aveiro, Portugal office. You will report to a Group Product Manager on the Domains org. You'll Get To... Guide product development, from conception to launch, of the products and product solutions in your scope. Lead tactical product discovery loops: learn from user interviews, analyse data, and translate technical constraints into clear, actionable product specs. Own the details: Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring user stories are "ready for dev" with clear acceptance criteria and technical feasibility checks Own the product backlog for your area: craft problem statements, write user stories and prioritize with data. Drive delivery: collaborative closely with Engineering to unblock development, manage sprint priorities, and ensure high-quality releases. Documentation: maintain crisp documentation, release notes, and internal guides to support our operations and marketing partners. Who We're Looking For 3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of managing backlogs and shipping software products. Technical fluency: previous experience in engineering or a computer science background. You should be comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineers and writing detailed technical specifications. Analytical fluency: defining metrics, reading product analytics and assessing success. Discovery skills: experience working with user research and design teams, and continuous discovery habits to validate hypotheses before building. Execution first: strong proficiency in backlog management, product brief writing, and prioritizing daily development tasks to keep the team moving. Experimentation mindset: designing and interpreting A/B tests; working with feature flags and staged rollouts. Collaborative communicator: excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Growth mindset: You are eager to learn, open to coaching, and proactive in picking up new challenges.
