Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or guest-facing experience preferred
Luxury or lifestyle hotel experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage and packages up to 50 pounds

The Bell / Luggage Attendant plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival and departure experience for our guests. This position is responsible for assisting guests with luggage handling, escorting guests to guestrooms, providing information about hotel services and the surrounding area, and supporting the Front Office team with daily operations.

Essential Job Functions
Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and genuine hospitality
Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and delivery in a timely manner
Escort guests to guestrooms and explain hotel amenities, services, and room features
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the luggage storage area and lobby entrance
Assist with transportation arrangements, taxi requests, and valet coordination as needed
Provide guests with directions, restaurant recommendations, and local area information
Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with all hotel departments
Support the Front Office team during peak arrival and departure periods
Monitor lobby and entrance areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Handle guest interactions with discretion, professionalism, and urgency
Follow all company safety, security, and guest privacy procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
