In this position you will Own the full cycle recruiting process for a portfolio of roles across Operations and Life Science functional groups. Build robust pipelines through active multi-channel sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer closing. Build strong relationships with a wide range of hiring managers across functions and seniority levels, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process, including setting clear expectations, influencing interview and evaluation decisions, and keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable. Contribute to building and iterating on efficient, scalable recruiting processes alongside the broader recruiting team. Represent Arc's mission and values with every candidate interaction.
