You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way. Deal with the coming and going of guests, whether that's answering guest questions, guiding them through the property or giving directions in the neighbourhood we call home. Jump in to help the team because teamwork is our middle name, and you're a person who's not afraid to wear multiple hats. Show guests to their rooms, giving information and helping with any amenities. Coordinate with front desk to manage guest luggage storage and handle guest luggage with care, as if it were your own. Ensure the lobby and entrance is kept tidy and presentable. What we're looking for... Individuals. You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
