Strategy Development: Develops and leads the communications strategy that are aligned with HNTB's business goals and support HNTB's brand messages.
Content Creation: Develops engaging and informative content that is consistent with brand messaging for a variety of communications channels including internal, social and web platforms.
Event Management: Supports the development and logistics of various events, such as conferences, meetings, open houses, forums and other events.
Results Reporting: Tracks communication programs effectiveness.
List Management: Updates and maintain internal and external contact lists.
Budget Management: Manages and develops communications budget for specific programs.
Market Research: Researches and implements current industry trends on communication approaches.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related fields and 8 years corporate communications or agency experience.
In lieu of education, 12 years of relevant experience
Excellent writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Teamwork/collaboration
Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint expertise
Great interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Be a self-starter who possesses creativity and can-do attitude
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
