- Kit parts and materials to traveler and work order requirements, ensuring accurate counts, correct configurations, and proper documentation prior to issuance.
- Issue kitted materials to the production floor in accordance with work orders and build schedules; coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve material shortages or discrepancies.
- Support facility operations and maintenance, including tooling and test equipment maintenance and repair.
- Follow all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and environmental regulations; work in controlled areas when required.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operations policies and procedures.
- Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
- May require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and wearing required PPE.
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet production schedules.

Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in aerospace, defense, or precision assembly manufacturing.
- Experience handling hardware in accordance with specific work instructions and recording progress in a disciplined and consistent manner.
- Experience partnering with program managers, schedulers, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, and supply chain/operations teams to meet program objectives.
- Education
- Required: High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Associate degree or vocational training in manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or mechanical technology.
