What success looks like in this role: - Performs Billing advice and support for multiple complex accounts. - Completes billing activities and preparing billing files across multiple billing modules. - Liaises with clients during the billing process. - Researches data entry errors that impact billing reports. - Reviews data in billing databases to ensure reflection of appropriate charges to be validated by more senior Billing roles and/or Revenue Recognition teams. - Identifies the root cause of billing account issues and coordinates resolution with appropriate stakeholders. - Prepares and updates process documentation and billing software auditing and maintenance. - Recommends and helps implement continuous process improvement. - Provides ongoing training to new hires. - Reviews and completes escalated client billing inquiries.
