Manager, Total Rewards Processes

Responsibilities

• Share Plan Process Management : support the Share Plan Manager and Share Plan Analyst in process management activities, including nomination, grant, vesting events.
• Recognition Program Management : support the management of the recognition program, including monitoring compliance, vendor management and budgeting process.
• Financial planning / accrual process support : Coordinate and organize data required for financial planning and accrual processes, manage relevant data interfaces, and own annual merit budget planning activities.
• Vendor Management : Liaises with Total Rewards vendors and manages internal purchasing and contracting processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to understand business requirements and ensure seamless integration of compensation processes.

Requirements

• Experienced user of other MS Office applications
• Ability to create compelling stakeholder-adapted visual materials (e.g. presentations, training videos etc)
• Analytical skills: diagnostics, problem solving, ability to use data to present a story
• An ability to think through processes end-to-end, ability to stay organized in the midst of multiple, differing projects
• Demonstrated process / project management experience
• Strong Total Rewards technical knowledge including expertise in Share Plan Management
• A quality mindset
• Ability to work within a global team

Manager, Total Rewards Processes Location: Hyderabad, India This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).
