About the role
The Enterprise Customer Onboarding & Mastering (ECOM) Domain provides best in class customer onboarding and ensures customer profiles are complete, accurate and connected to all other Digital and Banker systems in the bank . MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary liaison between the Domain, Technology and Business Product Owner Work with the business to analyse as-is business processes, elicit business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications and/or business processes Maximise the value being delivered by ensuring all features and stories are aligned to business value Works with the Product Owner to refine the backlog of the team through prioritisation, estimation and decision making. Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, your peers in the BA team, Solution Architects, Solution Designers and the Scrum Team/ s to refine and socialise detailed requirements through progressive elaboration sessions Supports Developers, Engineers and UX designers in understanding the requirements so they can deliver on their commitments.
