Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level and above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics, or freight coordination.
• Familiar with transportation scheduling and cargo handling processes
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Arrange and coordinate local transportation for import and export cargo, including LCL, break-bulk, and oversized shipments. Plan delivery schedules and coordinate cargo collection with ports, customers, drivers, and operations teams. Assess cargo requirements and assign suitable vehicles or trailers for transportation arrangements. Monitor delivery progress, handle operational issues, and provide updates to customers when required. Prepare delivery documents, maintain proper records, and support billing and invoicing processes.
