Develop, implement, and maintain security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI environments to protect critical infrastructure.
Supervise cloud platforms for threats, misconfigurations, and policy violations using SIEM and Cloud Security Posture Management tools.
Develop and implement cloud security standards, policies, and guardrails that support compliance and risk reduction.
Partner with DevOps and engineering teams across time zones to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and align on priorities.
Conduct cloud security assessments, vulnerability management, and produce clear documentation and metrics for technical and executive audiences.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field and/or shown experience in cloud security or information security roles.
Hands-on experience with security services in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM procedures, and infrastructure-as-code security (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, multi-functional environments and ability to influence without direct authority.
Familiarity with AI tooling, e.g. daily work assistance, integrating AI solutions into workflows, etc.
Requirements
Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CCSP, or CISSP.
Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management tools and SOAR platforms.
Background in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
