Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Fleet Safety Director (CFSD) preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably within a route-based or field service industry
Deep expertise in safety management within route-based or field service environments, including defensive driving programs and fleet risk mitigation strategies
Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to design and integrate safety programs into operational workflows and service delivery models
Proficiency in telematics platforms, data analysis, and the ability to translate safety data into actionable insights and measurable performance improvements
Ability to influence behavior and drive cultural change through collaboration, communication, and alignment with operational leadership
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to address safety risks, balance operational demands, and continuously evolve programs to maintain engagement and effectiveness
