Architectural Coordinator-Cum-Drafter

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building/Construction , or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in architectural coordination and drafting.
• Good Class Bungalow (GCB) project experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong drafting and detailing skills.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, architectural detailing, and local building regulations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.

Additional Information

Job Description Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD. Coordinate architectural works with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams. Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations. Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution. Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Support project managers and architects in design coordination and project administration. Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
