The IT Change Management Practitioner supports the Change Management Coordinator with the efficient operation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB). This is within a heavily regulated environment, helping ensure changes are logged, assessed, prioritised, communicated, and implemented in line with ITIL and CSV/GxP expectations. This role blends administrative coordination and hands-on operational support for the change process, making it well-suited to an organised, proactive individual who wishes to develop experience in IT service management and change governance.
Responsibilities
Support the change management coordinator on a day-to-day basis.
Assist with coordination of CAB meetings, covering absences as required
Assist change requestors with the CSV/GxP process in partnership with the Quality team, checking submissions for completeness and coordinating initial reviews.
Maintain standard change templates (content updates, version control, review reminders) in line with ITIL expectations.
Assist with emergency change administration where applicable and ensure required documentation is completed within defined timeframes.
Support change reviews, documenting findings and coordinating follow-up actions with the improvement coordinator.
Occasionaly assist in other duties as required in the IT Service Management team - Documentation, Knowledge articles etc.
Key requirements

Previous Change Management or GxP environment experience is beneficial
ServiceNow or other relevant ITSM tools experience preferred
Education/ Qualifications
IL Foundation certification or aptitude to gain
Relevant experience in IT, a regulated environment or change management is beneficial

Assist/Manage CAB Meetings (In Coordinators absence):
Ensuring all relevant stakeholders and designated approvers are available for regular CAB meetings.
Ensure documentation is completed and distributed.
Documentation and Communication:
Maintaining clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders.
Assist with documenting minutes, communicating outcomes to all parties involved.
Assist with assessment and management of Change Proposals:
Evaluating the impact and feasibility of proposed changes.
Review and analyze change proposals, assess risks and benefits, and recommend actions based on ITIL and GxP/CSV standards.
Monitor all active change requests using ServiceNow throughout its lifecycle
Compliance and Process Improvement:
Ensure changes comply with organizational policies and standards.
Monitor compliance, suggest improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
Regular interaction with IT teams, project managers, and senior management to provide updates and gather feedback.
Work closely with ITQA and CSV team to ensure the changes are handled efficiently
Manage training as required:
In cooperation with Change Coordinator and CSV team, assist with creating training content
Ensure adherence to SOP/WI's is followed by the change requestors
KPI's:
Monitor the defined KPI's and identify improvement opportunities
