We're looking for a Software Engineer to join us to help build and support the systems that underpin regulatory reporting and risk compliance, working with Datastage and Oracle-based technologies.
This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to both change delivery and live service, while continuing to develop your engineering capability, problem-solving skills, and understanding of complex banking data.

What we're looking for?
Experience writing production-quality code and supporting live systems
Working knowledge of UK regulatory risk frameworks (e.g. Basel 3.1)
Understanding of retail or commercial banking data and regulatory reporting requirements
Experience with Datastage, Oracle or similar enterprise data platforms
Awareness of DevOps principles and modern engineering practices
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, logical approach to debugging issues
