Support and lead (where appropriate) the deployment of the Quality strategy for the aligned business area to achieve its goals, enhance its reputation and deliver customer satisfaction
Development and deployment of Quality capability (skills & knowledge) and culture of the aligned business to meet future regulatory, customer and business requirements
Deploy metrics, key performance indicators; ensure appropriate governance and support is in place within the aligned business area to drive Quality performance to meet requirements, business goals and enhance its reputation
Understand relevant law / regulation, customer requirements and business area strategy; support definition and implementation of the associated compliance strategy into the Operating System (process, culture & leadership, governance & risk etc...) and SABRe
Support of the Assurance plan and in partnership with the risk owners, provide proactive assurance that regulatory, business and customer requirements will be met
Drive change to the Operating System (process, culture & leadership, governance & risk etc.) and SABRe to mitigate risks, maximize effectiveness and eliminate cost / waste through insight obtained from proactive assurance and problem themes
Protect the business and customer through performing, managing and coaching of problem containment and resolution, to minimize impact and to ensure the necessary corrective and preventative actions are completed and verified in a timely manner
Enable the aligned business to deliver the goal of Zero Defects through the coaching and application of defect prevention methodologies, reducing the risks from technical, human and organizational factors to our products

Basic Requirements:
Associate degree and 4+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations, OR
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations, OR
Master's degree, OR
PhD, OR
6+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations in lieu of a degree
