Join our Rhenus community to make an impact and grow alongside a team of passionate people who are dedicated to making a difference. #empoweredbyyou What You Bring: Main duties: Manage daily export planning, ensuring trailers are utilised to maximum capacity and routes are optimised for cost, efficiency, and customs requirements Booking receipts Negotiating rates with hauliers Network and Partner communication UK customs formalities - Prepare, verify, and process export documentation (CMR, invoices, packing lists, customs documents, etc.) Ensuring system data is correct and maintained General admin: filing, queries, claims, PODs etc Participate in training sessions to remain updated on compliance protocols and procedures Any other additional tasks in line with the evolving needs of the business What you bring: Existing experience in export road freight preferred Strong organisational skills and administrative skills required as responsible for departments housekeeping High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy Able to work both independently and collaboratively Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues ETSF/customs warehousing knowledge. Export customs, EXA, EXD, T1/T2/T- ASM Sequoia system knowledge advantageous Calm under pressure with a structured approach to decision‑making. GCSE or equivalent in English and Math Other languages could be beneficial Proficient in Microsoft office (Word / Excel / Teams / Outlook)
