Pay Range Salary: £26,000 Job Description Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Northampton! We're looking to recruit Workforce Planning Executives to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Service Deliver y Team! In this role, you'll engage with clients and candidates, managing staffing orders, taking calls, and orchestrating seamless workforce deployment. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts. This is a fixed term contract until December 2026. What's a Workforce Planning Executive ? A Workforce Planning Executive is a vital role in our service delivery to a key client, the Royal Mail. You'll be managing the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites across the country, working directly with clients, site managers, and candidates. You'll be: Managing our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp Handling incoming calls and emails from candidates and managers Supporting managers with utilising systems effectively Managing shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group What are we looking for? We're looking for engaging, customer service professionals who are confident and committed to delivering an outstanding service to our client on a daily basis . It's also essential that you: Have demonstrable experience in a customer service environment Are a strong communicator both over the phone and in writing Can work effectively as part of a team Have strong computer literacy skills - particularly with MS Office What can Reed offer you?
