As a Senior Conference Producer at The Insurer , you will: Lead on the commercial success of major industry conferences including hitting quality, revenue and attendance targets and setting sales and marketing strategy for the entire project. About You To be our Senior Conference Producer at The Insurer , you will most likely: Have demonstrable experience of working at a commercial B2B conference company, ideally in a Producer role. Have a track record of commercial success, excellent project and time management skills, and the ability to work in frequently changing circumstances. Have managed entire projects at scale and/or portfolios, and/or grown commercial events/products from scratch. Be commercially driven first and foremost - you should understand the commercial drivers behind our customers decisions, as our job is to help them make smarter ones!
