What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will have a direct and measurable impact on Trimble's recurring revenue and customer satisfaction. You will own the end-to-end software support contract renewal lifecycle for both subscription and perpetual licensing models. Managing an assigned client base, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers realize the return on investment (ROI) of their tech stack while collaborating across internal lines of business (LOBs) to hit strategic targets. Key Exciting Responsibilities End-to-End Renewal Management: Prepare, issue, and oversee high volumes of support contract renewal quotes (for both subscription & perpetual software) at least 90 days prior to expiration, tracking them through to final activation. Revenue Optimization: Maximize renewal revenue by determining customer expectations, identifying expansion paths, and driving up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned client base. Retention Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify "at-risk" renewal clients early in the sales cycle, diagnose technical or commercial barriers to renewal, and deploy solutions to ensure high customer retention. Account Engagement & Campaigns: Drive customer-specific campaigns to maintain regular engagement, handle customer queries professionally via phone or email, and continuously educate users on the ROI of their software investment. Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Develop targeted strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas while maintaining accurate regional forecast activities in the CRM on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Essential Skills & Experience Sales & Account Management: Proven experience in account management, inside sales, or renewal sales, preferably within the software, AEC, or construction tech sectors. Transactional Accuracy: Strong capability to generate precise quotes, present pricing and commercial terms in accordance with organizational procedures, and accurately process customer transactions. Data & Process Discipline: Excellent administrative skills with a strong focus on maintaining high levels of data quality and CRM database clean-up. Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to respond efficiently to inbound inquiries and collaborate effectively across internal lines of business. Drive & Independence: A self-motivated professional with a systematic approach to handling high-volume workflows and a clear strategic mindset for hitting sales quotas. Bonus Points For: Prior experience managing a blended portfolio of perpetual maintenance contracts and modern SaaS subscriptions.
