JOB PURPOSE This is a high-visibility role at the heart of the Dove Men deodorant business. As the Global Associate Brand Manager, you will help shape the future of the category by developing innovations, crafting compelling communication, and elevating the end-to-end brand experience. You will partner closely with global and NA teams to lead projects from insight to launch, helping build a more premium and unmissably superior brand in one of Unilever's most dynamic and competitive spaces. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Innovation & Strategy Co-lead the development of the Dove Men deodorants innovation roadmap Identify new benefit spaces and product opportunities to unlock meaningful growth Translate consumer insights into winning product concepts and claims Communication & Brand Building Lead development of integrated campaigns - from concept to execution Partner with agencies to craft bold, culturally relevant, and insight-led communication Elevate how the brand shows up across all touchpoints-ensuring a consistent, premium, and compelling experience Consumer & Category Insights Champion the voice of the male consumer - deeply understand behaviors, needs, and emerging expectations Analyze category dynamics, competitive landscape, and trends shaping the future of male personal care Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategy and execution Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with R&D, CMI, Supply Chain, Fragrance, and Design teams to bring innovations to life Independently lead project networks and ensure delivery on-time-in-full Collaborate with North American teams to ensure strong in-market execution and performance WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or innovation Strong track record of leading complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams What Sets You Apart Consumer obsession - you instinctively uncover insights others miss and unlock growth opportunities Creative craft - you care deeply about how ideas come to life Data-driven mindset - you connect data, strategy, and execution to make confident decisions and drive results Bias for action - you move with pace, ownership, and accountability Mindset Passion for building brands and driving meaningful growth Curiosity and agility in a fast-moving, competitive category Desire to make a positive impact through purpose-driven, culturally relevant work Collaborative, team-first approach with strong leadership potential PAs, EAs, Budget only assistants, and those processing marketing administration only (not involved in running marketing projects) Pay : The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
