You will also champion the creation of sales tools, value calculations, pricing frameworks, training materials, and marketing messages that support product differentiation, field adoption, and commercial success. Job Requirements: Candidates should bring a strong background in engineering or technical product management with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Textile, or Paper Science Engineering; or commensurate experience in the paper industry. . A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in industrial textiles, papermaking fabrics, filtration media, technical textiles, or related engineered products is required. Experience supporting customer trials and analyzing performance data, strong financial acumen related to pricing and margin analysis, and proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools.
