What will you do?
In this position, you will join our Built Environment business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.
We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and, it is the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.
Produce Plumbing and Fire Protection designs for buildings and infrastructures, computations and reports under the guidance of a senior engineer.
Assist in the analysis of information, technical designs applying theoretical knowledge, codes and standards.
Designing the Plumbing and Fire Protection systems and utilizing Revit to create and maintain BIM models.
Preparing and developing detailed Revit models of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
Preparing detailed calculations of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
Developing & publishing construction documentation for Plumbing and Fire Protection systems designs to meet scheduled deliverables.
Updating and modifying existing models and construction documents as required.
Assist with creating and maintaining standard regional BIM templates.
Participate in design coordination meetings with other trades for clash detection and resolution.
Assist the project team with information exchange processes between internal and external customers.
Provide coordination support for information requests during construction phases.

What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:
Bachelor's Degree or Master' s Degree in Sanitary, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
At least 0-3 years of experience in MEP building services design or construction industry.
Have basic knowledge to apply principals to design modelling and drawing production.
Have basic knowledge of the following software tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
Familiarity with the BIM Forum LOD Specification, plus AIA and NBIMS standards and best practices for BIM collaboration.
Keen to have knowledge on construction technology and construction practices.
Keen to learn new BIM tools, procedures, best practices.
Good written and spoken English.
Experience in building Plumbing and Fire Protection system, system design with a consulting engineering company will be an advantage.
Possession of Thai Professional Engineer License will be an advantage.
