We are looking for a level II Enterprise Data Analyst to drive key enterprise analyses and reporting. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to build a data-driven culture by delivering key insights, strategies, and recommendations that improve AvidXchange's processes and bottom line.
Responsibilities
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for operational and financial partnersDive cross-functional initiatives from an analytical and subject matter expert perspective, identifying the largest opportunities and implementing the right solutions in partnership with senior leaders
Hold partners accountable to use data and make sure it is ingrained in their operational rhythm
Communicate complex data and processes in a simple manner to senior audiences
Build and maintain automated reporting/dashboards for internal stakeholders to monitor trends and forecast performance for key metrics
Work with business leaders to identify key opportunities for improvement through reporting and process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline
Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI (or similar), and Power Point
3+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment
Executive presence and ability to influence strategic outcomes
Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
Experience with Python
