Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven and technically literate Marketing Communications Manager to drive and execute Baya's communications strategy across channels . This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and brand - ideal for someone who understands the language of engineers and can translate complex semiconductor and chiplet concepts into compelling narratives for multiple audiences. You will own the messaging, content, and campaign execution that fuels our pipeline, builds category credibility, and accelerates design wins. You will work closely with Product, Applications Engineering, and Sales to produce materials that matter at every stage of the customer journey - from early ecosystem awareness through to licensing and silicon ramp. This role can be based in any of our hub locations - Santa Clara, Austin, Cambridge, or London - or fully remote, with occasional travel to customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events.
