Discovery Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst for Financial Contract Setup within the Financial Contract Reporting and Administration (FCRA) Division. The Senior Analyst will be instrumental in the setup, maintenance, and validation of participation deals and statements, ensuring that all contractual and financial obligations are accurately recorded within Warner Bros. Discovery systems. This role requires a strong understanding of contractual agreements, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple business partners across finance, legal, and operations. The Senior Analyst will also support system enhancements and process improvement efforts through testing, documentation, and research initiatives that contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of participations reporting. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Configure, maintain, and validate participation deals, statements, and stakeholder setups within Warner Bros. Discovery systems to support accurate profit participation reporting. Analyze and interpret abstracts, legal agreements, and supporting documentation to ensure contractual terms are properly reflected in system setups. Review and validate deal and statement setups completed by other analysts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal control standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional business partners to resolve setup issues, clarify contractual terms, and ensure timely and accurate processing. Provide user support for automated participations reporting systems and assist with tracking new products and workflow status reporting. Support system and process improvement initiatives by assisting with template maintenance, system testing, documentation of best practices, and training for team members. Conduct research and support special projects, analyses, and ad‑hoc initiatives as required by management. JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, legal studies, information systems, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in finance, legal, accounting, auditing, IT, or a related discipline; experience in participations and/or the entertainment industry is a plus. Familiarity with automated participation reporting systems, system implementations, enhancements, and testing preferred; prior experience with JIRA and large corporate environments beneficial. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret legal agreements and contractual documentation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present complex information clearly. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, manage high‑volume workloads, and maintain strict confidentiality.
