Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Team: The S&P Order to Cash team is responsible for End to end function to billing and collections and Global Credit and Collections team is responsible for the collection of all accounts receivable. They are to carry out this responsibility following established business procedures and policies that are set up to protect revenue while at the same time providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities and Impact: Billing ( 80% ) Prepares all new business and renewal billing information for Ratings and Investment Services business units, in accordance with S&P and McGraw Hill internal controls and revenue recognition policies Sends billing to Singapore for processing in a timely manner (including pipeline entries of actual and estimated revenue) Prints the billing once it has been processed in Singapore. Billing checked for accuracy with any changes to be notified to Singapore billing team on same day. Compile renewals listings in the month prior to renewal, to enable all information to be finalized by month end Renewal listing sent to Singapore for processing in first week of the new month (including pipeline entries) Respond to customer (external and internal) billing and related queries Work with origination team and ensure no billing is missed. A/R (20%) Follow up outstanding JPY A/R and report to Credit Control Specialist Withholding tax administration for Non rating clients Respond to Credit Control Specialist on all AR enquires.
