EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the freight forwarding industry.
Strong financial acumen, experience managing P&L.
Experience across air, ocean, and supply chain/logistics operations.
Knowledge of market dynamics, competitors, trends, and challenges within the freight forwarding industry.
Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
Additional international language skills are a plus.
ENVIRONMENT:

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end processes and operations within the branch location.
