Role and Responsibilities
You will design and deliver training that supports both individual growth and organizational performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with business needs and production goals.
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will:
Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions using modern learning methods
Facilitate hands-on training for manufacturing teams with a focus on safety and quality
Plan and manage training programs, including scheduling and stakeholder communication
Adapt learning approaches to meet different learning styles and encourage participation
Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate and develop relevant training content
Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support continuous improvement of training programs and organizational initiatives
Up to 10% travel annually within the US and internationally
Education and Experience
To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you will need experience working on high-tech products and with complex processes.
As Senior Learning Specialist, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in adult education, human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator
Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments
Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems is a plus
