We are seeking a Recruiter in a full-time capacity to support hiring across a range of functions at YETI in Austin, TX. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting for early to mid-level roles, internal mobility, and contractor conversions.
You will manage full-cycle recruiting activities while delivering a consistent and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to understand hiring needs and support execution of recruiting plans
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake coordination, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer support
Support recruiting efforts for early to mid-level roles, internal movement, and contractor-to-employee conversions
Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the hiring process
Proactively communicate with candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners to provide updates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
Source and engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to support talent pipeline development
Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with role requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Workday for all requisitions and candidate activity
Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and share recommendations with the team
Stay informed on talent market trends and competitor activity to support recruiting efforts
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of recruiting experience
Experience supporting a mix of hiring needs including early career, professional roles, and internal mobility
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to resolve non-routine recruiting challenges with guidance and sound judgment
Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and process discipline
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
