Position Summary
Responsible for driving prospective student engagement, pipeline development, and enrollment outcomes for the EMBA program. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can generate new leads, engage candidates through personalized outreach, and guide prospects from initial interest through enrollment. The position combines high-touch relationship management with a strong focus on outreach, engagement, and results.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Pipeline Management
Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial inquiry through enrollment.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospective students.
Ensure consistent progression of candidates through the admissions process.
Pipeline Development & Outreach
Proactively generate new leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
Engage prospective students through corporate connections, alumni networks, events, and referrals.
Expand top-of-funnel activity through targeted and strategic outreach.
Candidate Engagement
Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for prospective students.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.
Maintain timely follow-up and consistent communication.
Application & Conversion Support
Guide candidates through the application process and provide ongoing support.
Maintain engagement with applicants and admitted students.
Support efforts to improve candidate conversion and enrollment outcomes.
Events & Recruitment Activities
Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events.
Represent the program at local and national recruiting events.
Drive candidate participation and follow-up.
Admissions & Candidate Assessment
Review applications and participate in candidate evaluation.
Conduct interviews and contribute to admissions and scholarship discussions.
Support Admissions Committee decision-making.
Data Management & Continuous Improvement
Track candidate engagement and pipeline activity using CRM systems.
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve outreach and conversion.
Use data insights to refine recruitment strategies.

Ability to travel to on- and off-campus locations, conferences, and events as required.
May require international travel.
Ability to work outside normal office hours as needed.
Availability for evening/weekend activities and extended hours during peak seasons.
