Join our growing team! $1,500 sign-on bonus available for new hires! The main task of a Painter is applying powder coat paint to parts inside of a paint booth with an air gun while wearing a protective suit. We are happy to fully train for this position, but welcome experienced candidates! Hours: first shift, Mon-Fri 5:30 am to 3:00 pm Wage: $18/hr What Will You Do? Apply powder coat to metal pieces Hang metal product on overhead hooks in a specific way to ensure an even coat of paint will be distributed Weekly maintenance of the department including vacuuming and wiping down equipment What Do You Need? High school diploma, GED or equivalent school with relevant work experience Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk, reach overhead or stand for long periods of time Maintain high safety standards and be able to work in a fast paced environment Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with other team members to help meet department goals and objectives The Toro Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
