Engineering Manager 3

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a regional/global team of engineers. Manage performance, career development, and resource allocation.
• Strategic Oversight: Apply mastery of cloud stacks (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) and mobile platforms to guide architectural decisions.
• Cloud Operations: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS/Azure, ensuring deep integration with storage services like S3, EBS, and EFS.
• Mobile Excellence: Drive the development of high-performance Android and iOS applications, ensuring seamless integration with back-end APIs and rigorous security standards.
• Quality & Documentation: Establish automated testing frameworks and audit processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards and are well-documented for future scalability.

Requirements

• Experience: 7-10 years of industry experience in software/product development.
• Management: 3+ years of direct people management or supervisory experience.
• Technical Breadth: Advanced knowledge of cross-platform tools (Xamarin, SDKs), API integration, and cloud infrastructure.
