Oversee the end-to-end employee expense process for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Manage corporate card programs and serve as the Concur system administrator .
Deliver employee training on expense management policies and tools.
Implement expense management strategies across multiple regions.
Drive continuous process improvements while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Act as the central liaison between finance operations, employees, and external service providers.
Requirements
Analytical mindset with the ability to conceptualize problems and generate innovative solutions.
One year experience using Concur / SAP experience is a valuable asset.
Concur administration skills, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Proven experience in expense management and manual posting processes .
Strong ability to partner with business units to ensure governance and drive adoption of policies.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with international vendor management, stakeholders, and employees.
Experience in implementing process changes across a global organization.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision , especially when handling sensitive information.
Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
